Serendipitous Films corporate communications division is looking for a couple more clients. Millican came from the corporate video, print and web industry and continues to assist clients with their own corporate communications. "Hey everyone-- the number one question I get asked is "When will the movie be released?"

Here's the answer-- I don't know. But when I do, you can be sure I'll let this group know first.

The answer of "I don't know" is based on variables that we don't have answered yet and won't until probably July. Once we have answers on these variables, then we'll have a good idea of when the film will be released.

I have not been chasing the distributors yet until we have a solid, fully completed screener to show them. And that will be late June or mid July. Once we do have the "screener" we will shop it. For my last movie, it took a couple of months of negotiating with Sony, but they released it about 3 months later (which is rocket time in the video business). There's also the chance that the distributor might not want to put up the risk of a theatrical, in which case, we may do one ourselves this fall.

Be sure to get the word out about the movie and have people hit the trailer and other videos so that the distributors see what high hit counts we have. :)"

As of mid May, the edit is locked and sound design/music has begun! We are hoping to have a screener ready to show distributors by late June.

SFilms is assisting Top Pup Productions and Russ Pond with the thriller "Fissure" which is currently about to begin distribution.

Daniel Millican directed an episode of the Lifetime show "Inspector Mom" with Danica McKellar. The episode broadcasted on the LMN website in late spring of 2007.

Serendipitous Films is hoping to go into pre-production in the fall 08 on "Time of Chaos." A production office has not yet opened, so please hold all headshots and resumes until that happens.

"Bloodlines" has been renamed to "Striking Range" worldwide.
