Our Movies

In 2000, we made the leap from the small screen to the big screen with production of our first feature film “The Keyman.”  This movie starred Adam Baldwin (Firefly, Chuck) and was released throughout the world in 2002.  Serendipitous Films wrote, directed and edited the movies.

For the second feature film, actors Sean Patrick Flanery (Young Indiana Jones), Joey Lauren Adams (Chasing Amy, Big Daddy), and Mimi Rogers (The Rapture, Lost in Space) teamed up to make “A Promise Kept” (titled “The Gunman” in US video).  This movie was released in 2004 and played exclusively on Lifetime for three years as well as globally through Curb Entertainment.  First Look Media released the movie on video in the US.

“Striking Range” was the third movie produced, written and directed by Serendipitous Films and stars Lou Diamond Phillips (La Bamba, Young Guns), Yancy Butler (Witchblade) and Glenn Morshower (24, Transformers).  Sony Pictures picked up the domestic rights and Artistview Entertainment released it globally.  It has played on Starz/Encore, Showtime and many other places.

In 2008, Serendipitous Films produced, wrote and directed it’s fourth feature film, the faith based music drama “The Imposter,” starring dcTalk’s Kevin Max and Kansas’s Kerry Livgren.  The movie was released in 2009 through Pureflix Entertainment.

The fifth movie, “Rising Stars” was written and directed by Serendipitous Films and released through Screen Media in the US and Curb Entertainment globally.  It stars Kyle Riabko, Fisher Stevens (Short Circuit, The Blacklist), Barry Corbin (War Games, Northern Exposure) and Mary Catherine Stewart (Last Star Fighter, Weekend at Bernies).

Although we love making movies at Serendipitous Films, we also love bringing our corporate client’s story to life onto the screen.  We treat each production like a feature film.
